"I love staying at this hotel when I’m in Seattle. I often use it to book people for work trips as well. It’s such a comfortable nice atmosphere when you walk in the front door you feel like you’re in a men’s club from years ago. The front desk staff are amazing, they’re always trying to see what they can do to make sure that your stay great. I especially love that they send you a text message a little bit after you’ve gotten to your room so they can ask if everything‘s OK and to your liking....

"After checking in at the front desk and was given my room key, I proceeded to my room. As I was opening the door to my room it was quite apparent that a couple in a nearby room was loudly enjoying the afternoon. Soundproofing could be improved"
