"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"The rooms were very nice and the hotel was able to facilitate an earlier check in for some of our party which helped. Paper cups were in the rooms rather than crockery and this for me is a negative, especially when a coffee machine was supplied."

"Clean room, staff not helpful or unwilling to do the minimum, main restaurant closed, bar/restaurant not properly staffed and could not support the guests, had to leave with out be provided service. Won’t be back at the is hotel."

"I have to say, this is my new favorite hotel in Seattle! I really enjoyed how laid back and relaxed the atmosphere felt. I also LOVE the fact that there's a perfume shop practically inside the hotel with an amazing selection of perfumes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the location was great. Will be back. "Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff."

"Very modern hotel with a hip vibe, comfortable rooms (nice robes, comfortable bedding, nice tub and shower). The bar is very hip, the restaurant La Loba is excellent (delicious food and nice ambiance). You get free use of Dryp yoga studio across the street from the hotel, and it’s a great yoga studio. There is a mani / pedi nail salon nearby, and whole foods is right below. So very convenient."

"I like the property, very good location. A lot of shops are walking distance. I was disappointed in when checking in. I was charged twice attendant did not check Expedia. My room did not have a tub. Need one after walking all day. Overall, the people were great and room was clean."
