Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. "Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town."
