Great for the price

The facility is rather old but the staff were super nice and price was very reasonable. The pool looked amazing but I didn’t use it. The location was great with Starbucks, yummy house and Michael’s on East very close by.

Good location, but that's about it.

You definitely get what you pay for. No internet in the room that was working during my stay. Some sketchy people staying at the motel, which makes it feel a bit less safe and comfortable. Location was good, with access to shops, food, coffee, etc. Staff seemed a bit unpolished overall.

I am frequent at the Baymont and the staff is wonderful. That’s the best part about it. The breakfast is always great and the staff always has the smile and are very accommodating for me. I look forward to visiting every time, especially Miss Barbara. She is a sweetheart.

Good value hotel. Customer service is good here. If you are looking for a quick over night stay this is perfect. The breakfast is good. Its a older hotel so that needs to be kept in mind. The rooms need a good cleaning. The pool area is nice and clean.

Decent spot

The front office staff was amazing. Quick and nice. When i got the room I turned down the AC, which did not seem to get very cold (I did not complain to thebfront office) the bathroom needs to be remodeled. It was pretty quiet area and close enough to different stores. One of the pillow cases looked to have had a stain, again i did not say anything and the remote was very nasty and should be changed. I would not have paid full price.

Home away from home

Me and my wife love the place. We especially love Miss Barbara at the front desk. She is so sweet and always helpful. The food is great and the place is always nice and clean. However, the plumbing could probably use some attention. I am regular there, and in many of the rooms, the plumbing has been an issue. Other than that, we absolutely love the place and give it five stars.
