昨年に続いて3度目の利用でした。 今回は中島公園がよく見える非常に見晴らしの良い部屋で短い滞在でしたが、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋への案内やカウンターでの声かけ、ドアボーイなど、ここは一流ホテルなんだと感じさせてくれます。 また来年も利用できたらと思ってます。

4人家族で1泊しました。ホスピタリティが高く、チェックインやチェックアウトも非常にスムーズで丁寧でした。 1階のレストランは子供と夕食で利用しましたが、そちらもとても丁寧な接客でした。アラカルトメニューと飲み物、2人で7000円と高めでしたが、空いていてゆっくり食事でき、美味しかったです。朝のビュッフェもメニューが豊富で最高でした。 隣の中島公園は広大で景色がよく、朝の散歩におすすめです。

ホテルのスタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで常に気を配ってる雰囲気があり安心して滞在しました。 中島公園駅から公園を通ってホテルに行きましたが場所がとても良いと思う。 朝食会場も明るくてよかった。海鮮丼に群がってガツガツ取るような客層がいないので落ち着いてゆっくり食事できます。部屋は狭いけど一人なら十分でした。改装前に札幌に行く機会があればまた宿泊しようと思います。
