予約して行ったにもかかわらず、予約ががみつからず、時間がかかった。担当した受付の人からは宿泊に対する説明が全然なく、シャワーの場所もわからなかった。初めての北海道だったのに、このスタッフの対応で最悪な気分になりました。

客数に対してエレベーターが少なく、凄い待つ。しかも一階でスリッパに履き替えるのでそれも混雑。 あとは各階のシャワーが1つしかないのでそれも待つ。 設備不足です。

ホテルから大通り公園やすすきのエリア・狸小路商店街などに少し歩けば行けるのと、各方面への距離感のバランスが良いなと感じた。（各方面徒歩10分位） 施設も綺麗で静かなのでゆったりと過ごせた。 北海道にはいつも早い時間に到着する飛行機で行くのでチェックイン前にあの立地でスーツケースを預かってもらえるのはその後の移動も考えると助かる（スーツケース預けるのに有料１つ200円）
