"One of the staff members was kind of rude, older lady who seemed really inconvenienced by me whenever I had questions but a man and younger woman were really nice and helpful. Location is good. AC works well. No elevator/lift. My room felt really clean but i felt like I saw mold in the green chairs and on some of the walls."

"The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked. "

"Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama. We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to that issue. Once we got there,Luis met us at the bottom of the street and helped with our luggage. Our unit had an outdoor terrace and tons of storage space if you need it. Once we got to the unit we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property, but you should be able to be physically able to navigate the area by foot. "

"This apartment was great, with ample room for everyone to have their own personal space when needed. The views of the river from the living room, bedroom, and rooftop are awesome. There is a washing machine, but no dryer function, so doing laundry was a bit complicated. Dianna, the host was very responsive to the questions we had. "

We would love to visit again and stay at Dona Graca. We felt very at home and the customer service was top notch. Lisbon was a beautiful city to visit. "
