"From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all. "

"This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints.
