Staff were super friendly. We had problems with our Airbnb and had to last minute book and they were super convenient and accommodating. Loved our stay. Will come again!

Everything about the property was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging transport for us on a few occasions. The only negative is, if you want to sunbathe the cabanas at the pool are covered and you don’t get any sun. Other than that, all great.

Gem in Fira

Family run establishment. Thannasi is a true professional, arranging taxi transfers and guidance on the island. Quiet, near a playground, all-day restaurant Osmo, mini market, and a 15-min walk to the central bus station in Fira. Breakfast poolside, delicious! With a crisp clean pool and towels provided, the cabanas were a perfect way to lounge. Small playpen bed provided for our youngest at no extra charge. We will return!

The host and staff gave exceptional service. The property is comfortable and quaint. The king size bed is comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the authentic Greek experience. There were plenty of restaurants close by with delicious food and great views.

Nice place. Walking distance to cliff, blue dome church, main square, restaurants, bus stop. Breakfast also served a lot of options, drinks, with very fresh, warm croissants. Safe at night too.

The property was clean and tidy. Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time.

Ambience Suites was a wonderful place to stay. My luggage was misplaced at the airport, so when I showed up with only my carry-on the young lady working offered us outlet adapters and was willing to help in any way possible. When my luggage was located she notified us immediately that it would be delivered. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered something for everyone. We were only here for a short stay so I didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked lovely.

Very comfortable and affordable

This hotel is small but very cozy and comfortable. The people who manage it are available 24/7 via a Whatsapp number and they live very close to the property. The rooms really impressed me, our room was not small at all, we had tons of space and lots of room and surfaces to put things. There were hangers for clothes, a spacious shower, etc. Very comfortable bed too. I went in November when there aren't many tourists so the price was extremely low. I almost expected the hotel to be bad because the price was very low, but it was amazing for the price! I felt like I was in a hotel for hundreds of dollars per night. Very good quality.

Relaxing, lovely, family-run hotel.

Lovely small hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds. The owner was so accommodating. The area was walking distance to the heart of Fira but not in the thick of it. Great for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Bill is very nice man and took care of booking transport to airport. Rooms are clean daily. Air conditioning works great. Breakfast is decent. Good location within 10 minute walk to town. The only bad thing is there is too much dog poo in the streets. Very safe area.
