"This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view over the ocean, the pool is out of this world, the beach is steps away. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms have its’ own sitting and lounging area outside, very nice bathroom. The only downfall for me was the thumping music that was playing non stop. I just put on my iPods and listed to my own music."

"Great room and nice view and staff, but the private pool was not cleaned when we got there so we couldn’t really enjoy it; instead it got cleaned the morning we were supposed to check out. Not sure if that’s typical. Also, when we got in, there were people painting and working on the hotel exterior right outside and there’s high visibility to our private pool and room, so it was a bit uncomfortable "

"Need to know that the hill suites are on two sites about 10 mins apart. The suites with outdoor tubs are separate from the bigger, more expensive suites. There is no reception, bar, terrace, breakfast room or communal area. Some of these may be at the other site. However none of those detracted from the enjoyment of the stay as long as you are aware of this. Tomas the manager is permanently available on WhatsApp and was rapid which responses and assistance with any queries with a huge smile...

"Mixed feeling about this hotel. Rooms are nice but you have to call and ask for everything (we had to ask for shampoo and shower gel , it was not in the room). The front desk staff were not super friendly on our check in day (they had a back and forth with our friend). Location is good and you can walk to Naxos main town. "

"The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! "We were a family of 5, with young kids. The stay at Sophia was just amazing, right in front of the blue domed church. The indoor was cozy, very well aesthetically curated and added to the charm of Greece/Santorini. The room service and food was also tye best! The staff was very helpful in arranging for cab services to pickup/drop at the airport, and travel around Santorini. Everything about our 3 night 4 day stay at this place was top notch, from staff hospitality, location, ambience and pool....
