"The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there. Had a sea view. Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food. Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good Hotel is family friendly Overall had a lovely week away"

"The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more like a 4 star at best as it is starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was good, however, the staff could hardly keep up with the tremendous amount of people. The location of the hotel is fantastic!"

The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. "Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "

"Maid woke me up around 9 am banging on my door, although I did not have the do not disturb sign on door because I was only there for one night 9 am is very early to be banging on peoples doors, unacceptable. She could have verified with reception if I checked out"
