"Had a wonderful week stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The location was central to a lot of the touristy stuff which for our trip was great and was a very short ride to Universal. I would 1000% stay here again without any hesitation. "

"They are really unhelpful the staff. Esp Hera and Taz. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here for £1. Please avoid and go somewhere else. The roads outside are totally filthy. The roads are exceptionally noisy i didnt sleep 1 minute. Pay more go somewhere else. A very unaccommadating to extra requests also"

"I stayed in a low price four person room on the 10th floor. Overall, I think it was great for the price, so a good value. There is AC and a thermostat to control the temp, which helped a lot, even in Feb! I try to be very quiet when other people are sleeping so it was complicated to be on the top bunk. Any time I needed something from my suitcase I needed to unlock the locker, take the suitcase out, put the suitcase on the top bunk, and climb up to do anything. There wasn't enough floor space to put the suitcase on the floor, except maybe in the entry area. My one main complaint would be that the shower water never got hot and the water flow was pretty low."

"I was not pleased with our stay. Hotel is overpriced, not enough towels, A/C did not work, an engineer was sent to fix the problem and was very rude, did not speak or when spoken too no response back! Hotel charged $300 for incidentals fees and parking in hotel structure was $67 a night RIDICULOUS! I do not recommend staying at this hotel! "
