Hotel stilo campestre, chevere
El hotel era agradable, con muchos flores, plantas y un piscina chevere.
Los baños no eran muy limpios. Tenia un olor de humidad en el hotel.
No tenia variadad en el desayuna. Todos los dias el mismo.
Pero el hotel tiene un ambiente familiar y agradable.

No reserven en este hotel jamas
Para no volver falta de seriedad, reserve por hoteles.com y cuando llegue al un hotel una empleada del hotel no tuvo inconveniente en decirme que ellos no tenían ninguna relación con hoteles.com fue muy altanera y despectiva, por suerte me comunique con hoteles.com que se comunicaron con el hotel que a su vez dio razones de sobreventa de sus habitaciones. Por su parte hoteles.com soluciono el inconveniente rápidamente ubicándome en otro hotel, muy bueno por demás (hotel Arhuaco) excelente en todo sentido. No recomiendo a nadie ningún tipo de relación con el hotel campestre la guajira pues es claro que de hoteleria y servició al cliente no saben nada. Reiteró mi agradecimiento a hoteles.com por solucionar este inconveniente y por su atención y sería importante que sacaran de su página a hoteles como este.

Bad from start to finish, would not honour booking
Our welcome to the hotel was a blank look from the girl behind the counter, who then said that they did not have our reservation. When I showed her my booking, she called the manager, who looked at our reservation, said that they could not give us a room at that price because it was "temporarily low", and told us a room would be more money. She had a smirk on her face the whole time - being Christmas season, there was not much choice of hotels in the area. We were given a tiny room with a leaking toilet and sink in the bathroom, which made the room smell like sewage. There was no place to hang anything, and the windows and doors opened into the hallway, which made it very noisy.
The last straw was when we were leaving, when they wanted to charge us for something from the minibar, which we had not touched. Needless to say, we will not return.
