Our room was clean but very musty smelling. The beds weee comfortable. The food was a buffet which was sometimes questionable. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach club was amazing and made the whole experience feel worth the accommodation choice.

The room was very clean, service was great, food was good. The beach club was very good with a pool and great lunch availability. The ocean at the beach club is not swimmable due to permanent red flags for rip tide. We had a great time.

Love this place! The staff are helpful and kind, the facilities are clean and well kept. Great location and comfortable surroundings. Some of the “extra” furniture is a bit dated but otherwise clean and functional. Genuinely enjoyed my stay here. Definitely will return

I felt very safe stay at this hotel, and it was kept very clean. I found the hotel and street noise quite bad till midnight, the waitressesreally didnt speak much English, it was often challenging to get what we ordered for breakfast even with ggogle translate. The location was great, very central.

The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We found the food just okay compared to other restaurants around. They cleaned our room everyday and it was pretty clean. The pool was a bit busy but the beach club made this property worth it. Gorgeous beach and not terribly busy compared to most beaches.

The hotel is outdated dark and low Ceilings for being in Mexico where is lots of sunshine, The buffet is very simple but good nothing fancy but good service, They have excellent location to one of the best areas in the Huatulco, They have rooms they are facing the street and they are super noisy I will stay again but avoid the rooms facing the street.

Over all decent. My review is very limited as I never used the beach club, and only used the restaurant for 3 breakfast meals. I used Castillo as a hub. There are way too many other options for meals, beaches, etc. to go to. The staff was nice. My room was clean. They need to change the carpet in the elevators because they are full of mould. Just climb the stairs and all is good.

Spent 2 great nights in this hotel, would consider 3 but they were sold out - I understand why - very good spot and very cordial people and value service, all across the board. Supburb beach club, super good friendly staff, Frederico beach club driver soooooo like a family (we miss this place because of him also), very professional and observant staff at the beach club (I dropped my bag and they found me at my lunch table to bring it back to me), can’t say enough about wonderful people that make this place grand. Food was also really good, way better than expected. Happy to spend our time here and would recommend to consider at least 2-3 night if you are exploring the area and are on a go. Very good value, too. We are leaving this place with a great warm feeling and longing for more one day.

This hotel had great service, especially Ricardo, and the food was very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I would not stay here again is the facilities. It was very busy and the pool is very small. The beach that you are bussed to is beautiful but there is very few places that have shade and the beach is flagged as a red flag and unswimable. The amenities for us just didn’t work well but if you are looking for a clean, safe place with tasty food and not the amenities then this is your place.

What i like is proximity to everything. And buffet options for breakfast. What i didn't like is no wi-fi or internet, multiple occupants in one room only one room key which controls everything ( power). The number one thing is expeidias dishonesty when choosing rooms don't think I'll use your service again.

Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean was risky most days but the view was incredible including seeing whales some days. The pool was clean and relaxing and the hotel shuttle was a big bonus. The hotel location is great, walk to Santa Cruise beach or shops or a quick trip in a taxi to La Cruceta for more restaurants and shops. Don’t forget to tip the staff. At times it was difficult to get smaller bills from the front desk, we were more successful asking the servers to make change.
