"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"The property is in a great location, close to a main shopping area and within walking distance of the seafront. There are numerous restaurants close by. "We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . Great location close to a lot of the sights in Naples "

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! (Thanks Francisco for you help)"
