"Pool was freezing and there was nowhere to sit. the space was so packed it felt like i was not getting what i paid for and that left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be staying there again. The price is just not worth it."

"The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet in our room, and the blanket was torn. The hotel staff today was helpful and brought us another blanket, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room still made our stay uncomfortable."
