"Great hotel we had a suite which was massive and perfect
Very clean and lovely friendly helpful staff
The hot food was average on an all inclusive but we found something every day to eat on the buffet. Pedestrianised boulevard in front on the beach and sea with excellent bars restaurants and cafes
Very chilled hotel nice pool areas and plenty of sun beds
Valentina the entertainment team was great fun
We had a lovely few days at the hotel blue skies and warm sun with all the fun or chill of Ibiza"
"Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area."
"The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely!
The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us.
We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! "
"What can I say. Absolutely perfect stay, this is the second time we've been and we will be going again. Stunning room with a hot tub and panoramic view over the sea and town. Staff are absolutely delightful and the food is a great selection. Perfect"
"The hotel had just reopened after its winter closure—something we weren’t aware is common for many hotels in Ibiza—and unfortunately, it showed. Upon arrival, the property felt uncomfortably cold, with a broken door in the lobby and no functioning air conditioning in our room.
The spa facilities were particularly disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations, the hammam was not sufficiently heated, and the sauna only reached 70°C. I also booked a massage, but the treatment room was cold and the overall experience was average at best.
On a more positive note, the food was a standout. Breakfast, the lobby restaurant, and the rooftop Peruvian restaurant were all excellent, offering high-quality dishes and a very enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, while I believe the experience would likely be much better during the summer season, the hotel—especially the spa and common areas—requires significant improvements in maintenance, comfort, and service readiness.

"The room was gorgeous and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our toddler loved the space to play and swim, and we all really enjoyed the breakfast every day. Hopefully we will be back one day!"
