We loved the decorations and history of the castle. Very ornate a little over the top but beautiful. There were two weddings at the hotel and they were very loud all night but that's the way it goes. Great pool and fountains everywhere

The hotel overall was fair. At the night we arrived there was a big celebration with noise until 02:00 am!! The room was small (we order a room with 30 sq meters) the shower space was minimum. breakfast was poor, no drink water in the room

Only 3 stars at most!

Maybe four stars in making weddings and other parties, but far from 5 stars hotel. - Rooms are old and needs updating - Breakfast is disaster - almost no food options - dirty cups and plates. - Swimming pool is still dirty - just for pictures - the Roma fountain probably more clean. - when checking out the reception said we didn’t pay, but had prepaid reservation. He is insisted, while trying to call hotels.com came and said we had other reservation in our name. But finally he found our prepaid booking. - totally unprofessional and only 3 stars at most.

Ci hanno assegnato una prima camera con doccia ma mancava l'acqua calda. La ragazza al ricevimento è stata molto cortese e ci ha assegnato un'altra camera con vasca idromassaggio. Peccato che la vasca era piena di ruggine, diversi elementi del bagno erano rotti o mancanti, la camera non particolarmente pulita, con il frigo bar molto rumoroso (staccato la presa per dormire) ed il generale c'era un senso di "datato". L'unico vantaggio la dimensione della camera davvero ampia. Biancheria da letto non di grande qualità, testiera e lumi decisamente polverosi e rivestimenti delle pareti che hanno visto tempi migliori. Colazione nella media (ci saremmo aspettati prodotti del territorio come in un altro hotel a Caserta dove abbiamo trovato ricottine, mozzarelle di bufala, babà e sfogliate) cameriere che non conosceva le pietanze del buffet e non sapeva spiegarti cosa avresti mangiato se prendevi, ad esempio, la torta viola. Parte salata quasi inesistente se non per un paio di affettati (salame e cotto) e un formaggio a fette. In generale non è sicuramente un 5 stelle ma un hotel in una zona periferica che ha urgente bisogno di rifare le camere. Con un po' di impegno possono fare molto di più. Prosit.

Se cerchi un posto da favola questo è il posto giusto. Massima cordialità e disponibilità. Quello che racconta il programma il castello delle cerimonie è assolutamente reale. I titolari nonostante divenuti persone famose grazie al programma sono persone squisite, umiki e molto disponibili. Insomma dei veri imprenditori da cui molti dovrebbero imparare! Grazie x lo splendido soggiorno.

Bad bad service - not 5 Star at all.

Vi blev modtaget af en yderst uvenlig receptionist. Poolen er kun åben til kl12. Da der er bryllupper dagligt. Der er ingen poolbar som beskrevet. I 7 dage var der ikke en eneste der tilbød service ift. barservice eller andet. Ingen introduktion til noget som helst. De sidste to dage var der ikke bryllupper og der kom personalets børn og larmede og skreg og råbte ved poolen. Ydre rammer bestemt 4-5 stjerner, service 1 stjerne. Dani i receptionen var det end venlige menneske vi mødte i en hel uge.
