"Our stay at Windsong on the Reef in Turks and Caicos was good overall. The hotel was clean and the room was great. However, the staff service was below par and the food was not good. The overall experience was just okay, leaving a bit to be desired."

"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"

"The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"This was our second stay here. It was great, clean , enough space, air conditioned, property manager is very friendly and will give you recommendations for dinner or to help get you a taxi to go dine or for excursions. Has a kitchen with plates, cookware, cups incase you want to cook breakfast or dinner. There is a breakfast and dinner spot behind the property as well."

"The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good.
