"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!"

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. "My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. "The property is beautiful and very clean! The direct access to the beach is awesome and the most amazing beach ever! Our room was perfectly accommodating for our family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teenager). We stayed in a suite which had a fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We walked to the grocery store and bought snacks and stuff to make breakfast in our room.
