"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We had the Opportunity to meet the manager of the Hotel due to a situation we had he did excellently well with us he was our guide and thanks to him we did not miss the excursion we had because we were late.
