Sandstone Hotels with Swimming Pool

"A good value close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is dated, but clean. The hot tub in pool are well-maintained. Breakfast was just carbs. "

"The pool and hot tub are under construction so we were unable to use them. We didn’t know this because we booked with Expedia and it didn’t have a notice on the listing. :( Also the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything going on in next room and hallway. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to open the top and fix it ourselves. I didn’t see any water fill stations either. But the rate was cheap so you get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. I do wish there were more towels as we had 4 people in the room. I called down for more but there was no answer. It served its purpose but not sure I would stay there again. "

"Shuttle to slopes and restaurants makes this hotel better than staying in the Vail Village or Lionshead."

"We were excited to stay at The Lodge, but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to a storm. When we reached out to reschedule or gain a credit, we were given the runaround, and eventually, they stopped responding to our request. Disappointing, as we would have loved to have stayed there in the future when we visit family. "
