"It was okay. The water had a slight tinge of sewer taste to it. The breakfast offered was lacking. Other than that is was an acceptable place to stay. I’ll probably revisit on my next trip."

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

"Arrived late after a 12 hour drive. Room was dirty, clumps of hair on top of the bed, hair underneath the covers. Returned the key to the front desk, and told them we weren’t happy. They said sorry, didn’t offer to clean the room or offer a different room. Worst $270CAD I’ve spent in awhile. "

"was the worse experience i ever had at a hotel in my entire life, room was cancelled without my permission, had to fight to get back the room, then my stuff was put out the room we were given. Came back and meet my stuff near the check in office, seems we were given the wrong room and our stuff was removed. then every day the keys loose the ability to open the room, then i was charged more money the next day for their mistake. Will never go here again"

"Staff is very friendly. The place smells of smoke even my non smokers room. Checked into room, no toliet paper and both towels in the room were heavily stained yellow. Requested new towels. The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Staff is very friendly but the owners of the place have to work on cleanliness "

"We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. I’m glad to reuse our towels but not if they have to be scrunched into a cubby. There need to at least be hooks in the bathroom. I also noticed there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, if that...

"We were impressed with our stay. CiCi was so helpful and pleasant at check-in. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The only minor issue was the sound of the air conditioner. We will definitely stay again. "
