The staff was actual wonderful. Have zero complaints about the staff. The hotel for the most part was very nice. However my wife and I had a horrible experience in our room itself. The sheets on the bed had fresh blood stains all over them. We took pictures of everything and brought it to the staffs attention. And they said since I booked it through a third party (meaning you guys) they offered me a free refund for the inconvenience/troubles/horrible experience as long as we contacted you guys at Expedia. The manager told me to get in touch with you guys and that you guys would get in touch with the hotel to review the pictures we sent to the hotel itself. So all in all they said I would get refunded through you but also receive a free night complimentary stay through the hotel itself. So if someone can help me I’d like my card to be 100 percent refunded as soon as possible. The staff. At the hotel knows all about this. And hopefully we get can this issue resolved as soon as possible which would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again hope to hear from you soon
