"We selected this location based on the reviews and description on the Internet. The location was perfect in that they were centrally located. We had a slight problem with the room but Elena and Martina stepped in and upgraded our room, going above snd beyond to rectify the issue. It was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated The wait and bar staff were absolutely exceptional. They were very friendly as well as professional. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Regards, Christine Capobianco"

"This is an excellent hotel if yourโre planning on venturing around Puglia. First, Ostuni is beautiful and very worth seeing. Two, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking to city center but donโt let that deter you. The amount of carbs and gelato youโll be consuming, youโll need the extra steps. Three, the bus pick you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel which makes getting to the train station (for Puglia city hopping) very convenient. The breakfast buffet served in the morning is delicious and bountiful. Spa!!! Make sure you make time for a spa treatment. Very clean with excellent amenities. Carla was my massuese and she had magic hands. Staff in the front is super sweet and helpful and willing to help you any which way they can. Rooftop restaurant is very good too, with an excellent view of the city. Make sure you make time for Lecce and Trulli houses."

"The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in. However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."

"This was my third visit to this hotel in Ostuni. It is a charming and quirky hotel with a number of original features which I've always liked. It is right in centre of town but our room was incredibly quiet and cool, which was much needed in the August heat! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice and my bed was very comfortable. Parking is a five minute walk away down the hill. They have a small shuttle to collect guests and luggage but I didn't mind the walk. The hotel has spaces in a car park at โฌ8 extra a day, which we were not aware of until checkout."

"If we could have given this hotel 10 stars we would have. It is an amazing place. From the second you arrive, they make you feel so special and welcome. The rooms, facilities, pool areas, restaurants are all so beautiful and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. They all made it a point to introduce themselves and say hello to us (including my 2 year old) every time they saw us. It's a special place."

"Mostly alright! The first night the Aircon didn't work well, so it was very difficult to sleep. However Aircon worked ok for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was not so good. If you can go somewhere else in the area. There's a lot of coffee places nearby."
