"We selected this location based on the reviews and description on the Internet. The location was perfect in that they were centrally located. We had a slight problem with the room but Elena and Martina stepped in and upgraded our room, going above snd beyond to rectify the issue. It was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated The wait and bar staff were absolutely exceptional. They were very friendly as well as professional. "The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in. However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
