"We had a great stay in this hotel. The layout is great. The rooms are filled with a feeling of history. The pool is lovely. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very short walk and you are in the central square of one of the most beautiful towns in Latin America. What more could you want. "Fantastic hotel! Our first night there was one other family in the hotel. The second night we were the only ones! The photos online are very accurate. Staff were very friendly and had lots of recommendations for restaurants for us. The hotel is a one minute walk to the town center. The only slight negative, which the hotel cannot control, were the church bells ringing from the nearby church, EVERY HOUR. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. "Went for one night /stayed for two it was so nice. Very quiet beautiful hotel on side of mountain. "This hotel never disappoints. This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and roomy. I love that they have hot water and good water pressure. At night its very quiet and I always sleep right through the night. The staff are excellent. The kitchen staff and breakfast PERFECT. Great location a short walk to the center park. "I am so thankful someone recommended staying in Giron since it was closer to the airport. The taxi very quickly took us to the hotel and we were greeted right away. The location is fantastic and Giron is a cute little town with a lively square. We were there on a weekend so families were all together eating food from the vendors. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend. "
