El personal fue my atento, tuvimos un percance ya que el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar una noche y no pudieron arreglarlo hasta la mañana siguiente, hizo demasiado calor. La habitacion estuvo muy buena, agua caliente y el desayuno tambien estuvo excelente. No hay aire en las zonas comunes o publicas deben mejorar eso.

El mejor hotel en Barrancabermeja si buscas hospitalidad, buenas camas, agua caliente y room service este es su hotel. Muy familiar y si llevas perritos pueden entrar contigo. Reception, meseros y las personas que mantienen el hotel bonito muy Humanos. Definitivamente regreaare.
