"We stayed here for 6 hours after arriving from our redeye flight. It was perfect distance from airport and room was large enough to enjoy while it lasted. The only issue I found was the smell of the water in the bathroom. Make sure you use bottled water to brush your teeth. Also, staff is very friendly."

"I had a terrible experience here. I had a combo stay, one night booked on my own and the remaining 5 nights booked with a group. The only seating area is the patio/ restaurant area. After being forced to check out of my room I had to wait four hours to check into my new room and was starving after being out in the city for 4 hours. When I returned to hotel I tried to order food from the restaurant and was told I couldn’t sit there because I had a bottle of tea in my hands. I didn’t have a room...

"The staff at Trébol was helpful and very friendly. Thanks to Carmen for helping with tour reservations. She was amazing.
The hotel has a wonderful old world feel to it. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby or in the courtyard. There is no elevator so be prepared to do some stair climbing. If you like the markets you’ll be happy to know that the hotel is across the street from two major markets filled with food venders, restaurants, and artisanal products. We spent hours in the markets....
