"This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. With no clear idea of what to do next, we called the hotel, and thankfully, they were very accommodating. We took a private water taxi to reach the hotel. "Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"
