"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...

"The location is a bit of a walk from the main sites but the hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we had issues with the AC and needed help booking taxis. Overall we had a pleasant stay!"

Checked us in quickly, contacted cabs for us when needed, pointed out the train station which we used often, recommended places to eat, and best of all provided a needed corkscrew for the copious bottles of excellent wine or beer our group consumed. They even researched train options to Rome termini and airport, so we would not miss our flight, due to a rail strike the day we traveled home."
