"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The understated quality was evident from the moment we checked in when we were invited to the garden for a glass of wine whilst the check-in paperwork was done and our bags taken to the room. The happy hour, the helpful staff and the breakfast were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the beach tourist sites but still have a sort of oasis to which to retreat."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. "Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...

"Was extremely clean property was in excellent condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The court yard was very nice and relaxing to hangout for an evening night cap. The only thing is if your are sensitive to fragrance they have a system that make the hotel public areas including the outside smell very floral can be a bit overwhelming. The upside is you don’t smell the canal water smells."

Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors."
