San Luis Obispo Spa Hotels

"Breakfast was ok . Room was outdated and felt gross. Ceiling damaged ( water damage), lamp on night stand had stains , fixtures in bathroom were old, outdated and crooked, vents were dusty and dirty , bedsheets had blood stain, room was dusty. I had an allergic reaction to the dust and broke out into hives. Also when we arrived, I was checking in at the same time as another family- they were offered drinks at the bar and water . We were not . Disappointed in this Hilton property , as we always stay with Hilton and never experienced this kind of stay - in terms of condition of room and check in experience. Very disappointed Hilton "

"Parking good"

"Fireplace is on a 30 minute timer. It would be nice to run it throughout the night. The pool area was cluttered and dirty. The hot tub only seats 5 people and there is constantly 8 or more in it. Waited 2 hours to get to use the hot tub and never got to use it. Need a larger pool and hot tub to accommodate the size of the hotel. The Trellis bathrooms are to small, and the King rooms are small on the Trellis Court as well. They try to make a regular King Room look like a suite with a couch and it makes the walk around space small. The shower, sink and toilet are all cramped into a half size bathroom. The room was dirty. The restaurant closes daily at 2 p.m. We ate breakfast, but the service was poor. Had to get up to find someone everytime we wanted a refill. Had to go to the front register without a bill. Then they had to find our waitress to get it. The cashier did not know how to use the register."

"This place is horrible. We had a large group staying here and most of our rooms had broken/non functioning AC units. It was a miserable 3 day stay. i'll never stay here again. worst place i've ever stayed. "

"While the hotel was nice, I was disappointed to have to pay for parking. I can understand in a city where it's hard to find parking, but this was a huge hotel near the end of a cul-de-sac with ample parking. I probably won't stay here again because of the parking fee. I thought it was a lame, money-grabbing move by Marriott."

"The room is clean , but poor instigation or tge tv stands is Not level, it makes very loud noise when we walk to bathroom"
