Bel hôtel bien situé, très bon accueil du personnel, très propre...mais mal insonorisé, déranger par les bruits de couloir et malgré les rideaux opaques beaucoup de lumière passe en dessous.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Chambre spacieuse avec accès direct à la plage. Ménage sous le lit à revoir, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas. Plage pas entretenue. Restaurant sur place, vue dominante sur la marina mais vraiment trop cher pour ce qu’il y’a dans l’assiette. Quand sur le menu est noté légumes grillés et que l’on a 3 ronds de pommes de terre frits. Rizzoto aux crevettes avec Une seule crevette etc. Petit déjeuner varié . Accueil peu chaleureux. Spa qui n’est pas sur place et quand je demande où il se trouve on me répond la bas….

Bel hôtel et bonnes prestations

Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un surclassement en prime. Hôtel et personnel très biens. Chambre très confortable et propre avec une très belle terrasse dans notre suite. Système de tv compliqué et peu fiable. Mais tout le reste a été super pour notre week-end en couple. Plage au pied de l’hôtel très agréable. Peu d’activités en hiver mais c’est plutôt normal.

Superbe havre de paix, très beau séjour !

Rien à dire, établissement vraiment impeccable - l'accueil et les renseignements au check-in, le SPA privatisé pour deux heures (et les bulles du jacuzzi... et du prosecco offert), la suite vue mer qui nous a fait profiter d'une belle lune la nuit et du lever du soleil le matin, le restaurant bien sympa avec personnel au petit soin pour le dîner comme pour le petit déjeuner... séjour fort agréable pour des retrouvailles entre copines au top ! Mille mercis, on reviendra :)

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber die Lage ist nicht top.

Das Hotel selber ist super, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Was für negativ war ist, dass es - entgegen dem Angebot - keine funktionierende Ladestation für unser Elektroauto gab. Diese gehören offenbar zum Hafenanbieter und dieser scheint bankrott gegangen zu sein. Der Strand entsprach nicht den Bildern. Es scheint als ob dieser noch umgebaut wird.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht 4 Sterne würdig!!!! Preis Leistung SEHR überteuert, ist ein Hotel max 3 Sterne. Einzig Positive ist der Strand. Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ok. Während der Woche wurde das Zimmer sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Zum Beispiel Gläser und Tassen wurden nicht gereinigt oder gewechselt. Minibar war LEER! Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht, uns wurde erst nach Intervention das entsprechende Zimmer mit einem Aufpreis von Euro 100,00!!!!! pro Tag gegeben. Also insgesamt ist die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert!!

Petit Déjeuner ouvert à 7h30, en retard, ce qui est déjà très tard pour cette classe d'hotel. Pas d'eau chaude le premier matin. Pour le reste, bon séjour. Hotel sur la plage, ce qui est rare en riviera ligure poniente.

Un hôtel agréable au demeurant. Petit déjeuner néanmoins décevant par son choix et les modalités de service (procédure COVID?) La demie pension (Diner) est par contre à opter car la nourriture de très bonne qualité. (35€ par personne hors vins (très onéreux à mon goût: 30-35€/bouteille). Un gros bémol cependant et qui aurait pu gâcher complètement notre séjour est la réception d'équipes cyclistes qui ont accaparés la salle du restaurant, repoussant les clients en couple à diner en retrait de la salle prévue à cet effet. Décevant sachant que nous étions venu également pour le cadre agréable avec vue du restaurant de l'hôtel. Un hôtel agréable au demeurant mais peut être pratiquant des prix excessifs surtout dans cette configuration en sortie de l'hiver

Bello ma potrebbe essere ancora meglio

Struttura e posizione molto belle. Si nota la mancanza di una gestione alberghiera manageriale: personale di buona volontà ma senza una guida, menù del ristorante non adeguato al livello dell’hotel (infatti non abbiamo mai cenato da loro), ecc. Non si sta male, tutt’altro, ma non riescono ad arrivare all’eccellenza. Hanno la fortuna che la posizione in cui sono fa dimenticare tutto.
