"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"Great place and location! The staff was very kind and we had some of the best service we had while in Toscany. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. It was a short ride to Lucca city and Pisa. The only thing we noticed was a heavy perfume sent in the room, but after awhile you’ll get used to it. The surrendings were very beautiful. If you are looking for a place to stay which is quiet and calm, this is the place for you. All in all a really great and beautiful place to stay. "

"The hotel was very cute and cozy and what I expected knowing it’s one of the oldest hotels. The location was ideal being close to the airport and to the tower of Pisa. The staff were very helpful with explaining the event that was happening on the river at the night of our stay as well as guiding us to the roof for a better viewing experience.
