"We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay. One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well. Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future."

"Amenities, very well provided. A/C, water, ample and all are functioning well. Bedsheets are immaculately clean and changed daily. Cabinets, tables, mirrors, well situated. Breakfast Buffet - FREE, is to die for, surpasses most of the 3 stars hotel in the US! Most of all, the Staff functions extremely well in their respective assignments. Our stay was full of good memories.. Kimberly Hotel in Pedro Gil is highly recommendable! 10/10!🤗♥️"

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern, stylish design that made it feel both relaxing and inviting. One thing we really appreciated was how spacious the room was—it gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably and even work without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The shower was another highlight, with excellent water pressure that made every shower refreshing and enjoyable. Every detail, from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel to the cleanliness and comfort, reflected the high standards of the property. Combined with the outstanding hospitality of the staff, our stay exceeded expectations.
