Not a Boutique hotel

This hotel has nothing to do with “Boutique” hotels. Do not expect what you expect from a boutique hotel. Hotel is average at best and very minimalistic. Don’t get confused by the name. Pool and roof are good, location is very convenient. Food is not great and they charge you $5K COP for a cup with ice.

overall a great stay. only complaint would be the shower does not get hot ever. i stayed for over a week and had to take cold showers daily which wasn’t ideal. breakfast also fell short with under cooked eggs/arepas and bland coffee a few times but was free and appreciated

The hotelnis very and the location is central. I wish i had time to enjoy the terrace and pool because it is beautiful. The problem I had was with the cleanliness. The floor was visiblebly dirty i talk to them and they fix it right away but then the blanket stored in the closet was full of hairs. Yuck. It was clear to me that it was been watched but the hairs were attached but static because of the tipe of material. I was discussing and tio late to ask for a replacement. The bed only had sheets (these were clean) so the blanket was necessary.

La habitación y el desayuno normal! Pero tiene muchas deficiencias. No dan agua ni hielo, no tienen agua caliente, no asean la habitación, la Piscina la cierran antes del horario programado por ellos mismos, se escucha todo entre las habitaciones y el WiFi no llega a las habitaciones

El desayuno es muy pobre y no de buena calidad es algo muy minimo y limitado. Las empleadas de servicio son muy amables. Tienen dos empleadas nuevas en la recepcion que no saben hacer su trabajo. La impresora no funciona por meses de acuerdo a la chica de la recepcion. No tienen aire acondicionado en el area de la recepción, lo cual es como estar dentro de un horno. El hotel esta muy bien centralizado pero se esta deteriorando por falta de buen mantenimiento. El area de la piscina esta sucia y el agua contaminadad con materia fecal.

Este es el tipo caso de publicidad engañosa, tiene una calificación muy alta que sobrevalora por mucho el verdadero servicio que este hotel presta, de entrada preguntan si uno va a usar agua caliente?? Hágame el favor, tienen contratado el Desayuno con un restaurante malísimo que sólo ofrece una opción de bebida, mi padre pidió jugo de naranja y café con leche y el café tocó pagarlo extra (4000 mil pesos) por un café recalentado y feo, las toallas del baño viejas, deshilachadas en las orillas, se solicitó un vaso para tomar agua y no tenían!!! Nos dieron un vaso pequeño de papel donde sirven tinto, las mesas de noche manchadas, el aire acondicionado se prendía y mantenía un ruido espantoso que nunca arreglaron y adicional a todo no hacen nada para impedir que huéspedes que no saben comportarse (musica a alto volumen, gritos en los pasillos, gente inmoral dando toda clase de escándalos) no perturben la tranquilidad y descanso de los otros huéspedes. Un servicio pésimo en un hotel donde la noche es de 205 mil pesos es inaudito, No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

La ubicación es excelente, lástima que hospedan a delincuentes que les dejan hacer fiestas con música a todo volumen, prostitutas, pleitos, y querían ingresar a todas las habitaciones contiguas. En recepción no había gente que atendiera por la noche, solo un vigilante que les tenía miedo y que debió haber llamado a la policía. Fue una noche de terror!!!

Me hospede dos noches , el desayuno es muy rico ,lo que no me gusto fue la lumpieza de la habitacion me toco llamar a pedir mas tollas limpias porque estaban mojadas . Las sabanas no las cambiaron , no me gusto el segundo dia no sentia limpia la habitacion. Deben mejorar la limpieza
