"Love moody gardens! Solid stay always"

"Buyer beware. While the location is excellent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed, with a rowdy clientele that made the property feel more like a budget motel than a high-end resort. This is not a family-friendly environment—I did not feel comfortable using the pool, and noise was a constant issue throughout the stay. The mattress offered no real support, as every spring could be felt. I had to contact staff multiple times due to disturbances, including a continuously barking dog and loud neighbors, one of whom made aggressive verbal threats. For a property at this price point, the experience was unacceptable."

"Upon arrival to the room there was only one comforter in a double room. It was clearly not clean. The soap at the sink was empty, the shower dispensers were also empty. There was no wifi, the telphone in the room did not work. Breakfast bar was almost out of syrup, I had to put out the plates and stock the forks myself and the apple juice was water. "

"Too cold to use the pool"

"This hotel has a great location on Galveston Island. The Pleasure Pier is almost right across the street. There is a great restaurant and bar next door. The room was spacious and clean and even had a small balcony and a view of the beach! All of this and the price didn't break our bank. We will definitely stay there again."

"Cute little inn right across the street from the beach. Hotel pool and hot tub great for kids and adults! Pool bar available for drinks & food. We were there on a Thursday night and they had live music from 6-10pm. Free, hot breakfast available in the mornings. They had eggs, sausage and biscuits/gravy, and pancakes when we were there as well as cereal, croissants, and a few other items. Very good price for what is included. Would definitely stay there again! "
