La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. "We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!"

"We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed - including a small water heater and instant coffee. That may not sound like much but it was tremendous for us. "The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. The appartments are actually operated from a hotel located in Porta di Castro (about 200 meters from them). - Check-in...

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...
