Everyone else in the reviews is right about location because it really is great! So close to the beach with walkable restaurants and stores! Having direct access to the boardwalk and to the beach is a huge bonus. The staff were also super amazing and accommodating. We got there early hoping to just leave our car in the parking lot but they were able to check us in early! Shout out to David for being so helpful and accommodating us when we had issues with our room! Staff is super friendly and never had a problem! Also just as an FYI only the North building had AC. Some rooms may be better with the ocean breeze flowing in but make your choice wisely! Will definitely be coming back!

We booked a 2 night stay over spring break and the only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We had the best experience staying at the beach cottages. Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and being able to text them if we needed anything was great! We will 100% be booking there again!

The cottages are an excellent way to stay in Pacific Beach if you want location and affordability. It is right on the beach but is very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and have everything you will need including grills, and outdoor activities like ping pong.
