Las señoritas del deskfront muy pero muy groseras burlonas, sin educacion, cero atencion al cliente, ni un dia nos hicieron el aseo de nuestra habitacion y pedimos un reembolso por esta situacion, aunque fuera significativo y fue imposible el trato con esta señorita tan nefasta. Nos hablaba en ingles solamente, manifestando que no hablaba español y a los minutos hablaba español perfecto. De verdad de disgusto total! El hotel bien ubicado y en buenas condicionas solo las señoritas de recepcion nefastas!

La propiedad esta en una ubicacion muy segura El personal que atiende es nefasto. Estuvimos 5 o 6 dias ningun dia hicieron el aseo de la habitacion. Quisimos quejarnos y las señoritas de la recepcion fueron rotalmente groseras, no resolvieron nada, no nos permitieron quejarnos, pedimos hablar con el gerente y con evasivas nos decian que el gerente tampoco nos iba a resolver nada. No nos permitieron hablar con el. Muy mala experiencia hanlar con ellas. La señorita decia que no hanlaba español y para contestarnos groseramente empezo a hablar en español fluido. De verdad muy mala experiencia. Lastima ya que el hotel esta bien ubicado.

Es un lugar seguro, solo ni un dia nos hicieron la limpieza en la habitacion y estuvimos mas de 5 dias, intentamos reclamar esto y las señoritas del deskfront muy muy groseras, no resolvieron nada, se portaron muy mal. Pedimos hablar con el gerente y nunca nos lo comunicaron. Nadie nos resolvio nada.

Look it's San Diego. The rooms that I was in, 3, were moldy. musty, mold odor. And thats pretty common here so if you aren't allergic, all good. If you are, like me, then look elsewhere. I wish I could tell you where to look. Landlords and building owners here don't care to fix it. Staff was kind and the parking is easy. Sheets and rooms didn't have any strong cleaning smells

The room itself was actually really nice and clean. Came with both microwave and a medium sized fridge, bigger than a mini! There’s also a lot of free available parking on site. However, the outside of the hotel itself was not attractive at all. The outside looks run down and there was construction going on with a mess everywhere. There was a lot of banging, drilling and loud talking going on at 8am from construction, which can be understandable but at least a warning from front desk would’ve been appreciated. Front desk was not warm or welcoming at all, he didn’t even crack a smile through my entire check in. Breakfast was also disappointing. White toast, raisin bran and danishes, I would expect a LITTLE more than that but maybe I just came late (9am). Overall, if you’re just looking for a decent room with good parking, this is it. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

The room was okay. Facilities were okay too. They were a bit short staffed. Breakfest included yogurt, cereal, bread, pastries, tea, coffee, etc. For protein at breakfest, there was cold boiled eggs. No sausage patties or bacon.
