"Stayed for just a few hours for a long layover. Location close to the airport worked well. The airport shuttle was perfect, it was a mini bus type with ample storage room since we had 5 big pieces of luggage, plus carry-ons (airline had us check them out). The shuttle driver was very accommodating. Staff was very helpful throughout, especially as we had to call a few times to ask about the shuttle - wait times, where to wait, etc. There is also shuttle service back to the airport that starts at 4:10am but we had to leave earlier. This service is free of charge. The room was not the newest but did not smell old. It was clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for the price and location close to SFO if you are just in transit. No free breakfast but all good. I would stay here again. Thank you for a nice stay."
