The property itself was nice. The part I had a problem with is that they didn’t clean the room or bring clean towels and sheets until the day before we left. We were there for five nights. Some things we had to ask for: replacement towels halfway through the stay, replacement sheets for one of the beds because one of my kids had too much sugar and threw up in the bed the first night, toilet paper, and batteries for the remote. It’s nothing serious, but when I’m spending a grand for almost a weeks stay, I expect a little bit more service than we got.

I liked the multiple entrances to the hotel, not having to freshen through the lobby is nice. Poor ice machine placement tho. Fridge and freezer smelled funny
