Have stayed here before the apartments are basic but very clean. Pool area nice and the other people friendly. Would stay again and will!

Great location, reasonably comfortable. Nice pool. Lots of stuff didn't work in the kitchen, there was no one to tell as reception didn't exist. Frustrating.

The location was good and staff were helpful but opposite was a a large hotels air conditioner that would start up around 02:00 and run most of the night. so a droning noise kept us awake. I do not know if this affected all rooms and I am sorry for these apartments as they likely cannot do much about it.

The location was great for both town and beaches, the dunes were a short walk away along the promenade. Transport links good, you could travel from here across the island by bus. The team kept the property clean, it was mostly peaceful apart from a couple of people getting a bit wasted on a couple of nights and shouting but the staff must have tried to keep this to a minimum as it wasn't constant. The staff were helpful, it was very easy to check in and we needed to extend our access for a late afternoon checkout - this was done easily for a very reasonable charge. I would definitely recommend this place as great value for money. Thank you to the staff team for looking after us.

It is always sad to leave such bad reviews but, I have honestly never stayed in a worst place. The lift worked on and off, the vendor machine was out of order, there was never anyone at reception, the quality of the room and walls was terrible and worst of all, I found bugs inside the bed. Unfortunately only noticed them on the second night.

Average stay in Maspalomas

Apartment looks outdated, with old furniture. No air conditioning makes sleeping a bit difficult and there is only on fan in the apartment. I stayed on the ground floor, with little/no privacy unless u close the curtains (but then again, no AC inside, so the options are no privacy or be in a sauna) Late check in was easy, despite reception desk being closed

Decent stay, with smart lock which is great for a stay with a friend as you can come and go separately as you please. Check out way too early by 10am ( I stayed in a different apartment a few days before and had midday checkout) suppose it’s fine if u have an early departing flight - I didn’t!

Udmærket hotellejlighed med stue/køkken, badeværelse, soveværelse. Der var altan. Der var skabe og skuffer til opbevaring af tøj, ligesom der var plads til toiletartikler på badeværelset. Todo ha sido correcto, cama cómoda y todo limpio. El único pero es que las paredes son demasiado finas y se escucha todo.
