"My husband and I had an overnight flight and took the Metro to the hotel , we are aware that our check in is not until 3pm, we arrived at the Hotel around 10am, we were going to leave our luggage and get something to eat somewhere, the front receptionist (male) was kind enough if there’s any room available, luckily there was and checked us in right away, what a pleasant experience since we were exhausted from the trip. Thank you for your help and kindness 💕💕"

"Property was located in a great location with shopping and restaurants. The hotel offered a very nice restaurant, but my favorite was the rooftop restaurant and bar. Great hotel with great service. Very clean and modern."

"Check in staff were excellent, really positive, kind and helpful. Room we had was tired but tidy, unfortunately we had cockroach in it, air conditioning didn’t work, room was so hot so had to open windows in middle of the night to get room cool enough to sleep. Location was superb, only a few blocks to Sagrada Família. Refreshing rooms and fixing air conditioning would help this hotel."
