Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. This hotel was very reasonably priced, clean, room and bed sizes great for a family of 4. Food at the breakfast buffet (recommend adding breakfast to your stay) was full of so many delicious options, and the dinners were as well. Free shuttle to and from Disney Parks. Recommend this property to stay! "

"Very close by to Airport Terminals with regular shuttle bus service. Room is clean and size is adequate for overnight transit purpose. Buffet breakfast has a good selections & choices. Would return when opportunity arises. "

"Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "

The neighborhood the hotel is located in is clean, quiet, and feels safe. It is nestled within Nihon University. There are also two Family Marts close by for late night snacks, drinks, and quick meals. "
