Lovely hotel for an overnight layover. Room was very clean and hotel staff were super friendly. The bonus is having the 7-eleven near the lobby for late snacks and if you needed more, there is another bigger location that is a short walk away. Loved the breakfast spread as they had a little something for everyone. Bonus is the airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins and takes about 20 mins to or from the airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is a small oasis close to Narita. A little dated but splendid property with great fitness facility and pool. Great breakfast and other food options from 7-11 to fine dining. We had a long delayed flight and could extend our room at reasonable cost. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely excellent one-night stay. Check-in was seamless, and the airport-to-hotel shuttle was perfectly on time. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. When my room key didn’t work, a staff member arrived in under three minutes and resolved it immediately—no waiting at all. The tea selection was a lovely touch, and the $10 breakfast completely exceeded expectations—hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially for the price. Incredible value and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.
