Hotels near Sakura Furusato Square

"Close to the airport but not as easy to access as you might think. Their shuttle bus service is great but runs with big gaps during certain times of the day. And still takes 20-30 min. Found some of the reception staff not very helpful when it came to fixing some faulty stuff (internet connection in common areas, addressing some issues in the room). Rooms were clean but very minimal and a bit tight. Laundry room and ice machine were only on the first floor, which is kind of surprising for an hotel of this size. Overall did the job, good option if you’re on a budget but we would choose a different option next time. "

"This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised - maybe 2.5. It is a basic hotel that is a little grotty. They charge high fees for all the extras - even 1600 yen to use the pool. The one good thing I would say about the property is that the shuttle bus to the terminals is free and is well managed."
