"This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. Nola on staying at this hotel every time I go to Tokyo. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"Very nice hotel and staff-we booked this last minute and did not realize how fancy it would be- we were very under dressed, even for walking through the lobby. They had 1 restaurant listed as casual dining so we thought we would go, but it was also very fancy! So make sure you have nice clothes if you want to stay there! "
