"La mention « Chambre Grand Confort Exécutif avec Vue sur Ville » laisse légitimement penser que l'on sera positionné en hauteur pour bénéficier d'une réelle perspective urbaine par rapport aux chambres « sans mention ». Ce n'est absolument pas le cas. Cette appellation s'applique en réalité à n'importe quelle chambre du côté de la façade. Elle ne garantit rien. Nous avons été logé dans une chambre donnant directement sur le stationnement. Quand on l’a signalé, l’employé a dit que c’était la faute d'Expedia. Pour une vraie vue, seule la mention « Vue sur le Lac » est significative. Pour l'obtenir, l'hôtel n'a pas hésité à nous charger un supplément de 83 $ de plus par jour. Le reste des prestations est décevant pour cette catégoried’hôtel: Petit-déjeuner minimal : Le buffet se résume à des toasts et des œufs cuits durs. Service invisible : J’ai dû laver moi-même ma table au petit-déjeuner et on doit déposer soit même ses couverts dans l’eau savonneuse. Bien que le personnel soit gentil, il est pratiquement absent, il se limite au comptoir d’accueil."

"The property was beautiful and exceptionally well designed, with something for everyone. We stayed in one of the new condos, which offered a stunning view of the lake. Our condo was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a cozy sitting area, clean and comfortable furnishings, and a wonderful bed. The outdoor sitting area was also furnished beautifully and was a lovely place to relax and take in the view. The condo featured a small but very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything we needed for our stay. We dined at both The Cove Bistro and Le Riverain. The food at Le Riverain was exceptional. The chef is truly creative, and the presentation of each dish was impressive. The outdoor dining area at Le Riverain is right on the lake and features heated floors and ceiling heaters, making it a very comfortable place to dine even when the weather is cooler. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive, and the service overall was excellent. We also understand that Ripplecove is planning to expand its spa, which will be a wonderful addition to the many services and amenities already offered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give Ripplecove a 10/10. We look forward to returning!"
