The room was wonderful, the home was cozy, the hosts were lovely, and the breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere. The proprietress is an exceptional chef. She was also able to accomodate my Gluten Intolerance and the food was just as good as the regular. HIGHLY recommend.

We loved our stay here! We were only in town for one night and this was the perfect place to lay our tired heads. Our room was cozy and the bed was comfy. Breakfast the next morning was amazing!!! Benjamin and Caroline were very pleasant and accommodating. We are gluten intolerant and breakfast, which was amazing, was seamlessly adjusted and communicated to us. A great night away in Magog for two Vermonters.

This property was in a very good location and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I feel that the rooms were decent size but a bit dirty and need to be cleaned more thoroughly and maintained better for guests. It is nice that breakfast was included but they should offer guests a choice of different breakfast options, all the plates served were mainly breads and croissants, lacking protein, so it wasn’t very filling. Overall it was an alright experience.

Have stayed here several times; keep coming back. Lovely 19th century home close to the lake and good dining spots. Breakfasts always delicious; rooms always clean. Took a nice swim in the pool ( always refreshing after a long drive to Magog from Peterborough. Will come again. P & D

We loved our stay here. The Victorian home is charming and lovely outside and inside. Outside is landscaped with pretty plants and trees in the front and back yard. Good parking. Inside the house is tastefully decorated with antique furniture, period colors and interesting items. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, warm comfortable bed. The shower was great. No noise heard at all throughout the entire evening and night even though the B&B was full. The house is in walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area for shopping and to the lake. The breakfast we were served in the morning was amazing, every bite was delicious with home made jams, pâté, bread, and gorgeous fresh fruits, farm fresh meat and egg - the breakfast alone was worth the stay. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly and bilingual. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice 1860 house, well preserved. Walking distance from the lake and a lot of restaurants and pubs. The owners are very nice and the included breakfast fabulous with plenty of local food and homemade dishes.
